Balance Booster Program
Are you tired of feeling unsteady on your feet? Worried about losing your balance at home, outdoors, or in crowds? Don’t wait for a fall to take action.
Introducing the Balance Booster Program –a prevention-focused program built to help you move with confidence, protect your independence, and reduce your risk of falls.
This program has a 3 or 6-month option, with 2 visits each month, designed for adults who have:
Finished with traditional physical therapy but want to maintain progress
Have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease, stroke, dizziness, coordination disorders, and more
Not currently injured, but feel off-balance or wobbly
Looking to prevent falls and stay active, mobile, and independent
Experiencing poor posture or weakness in walking
This program is designed to boost all the key systems that keep you steady:
